• Delivery by email and, on eligible plans, SMS
• An archive of past signals and their written briefs

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Suspension

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All payments are processed securely through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to:

Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for the current billing period.

• Trading losses or investment damages
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party claims or disputes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold CS2Signals harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
